It’s time for our 2025 World Hunger Drive!

This year, we are joining together as a congregation to provide medical checkups for children and to stock health clinics.
Through ELCA World Hunger, a  $10 donation will provide for a child’s checkup.  No parent should have to choose between a visit to the clinic and food for the family.
A $75 donation will stock a clinic for a week, or $300 will stock a clinic for a whole month!  Just one week of supplies can help treat hundreds of people.  Diagnostic tests, antibiotics and treatments – for everything from COVID-19 to malaria, tuberculosis, and HIV and AIDS – are among the basic supplies every clinic needs to treat patients and save lives.
Our goal this year is $13,000.  We are accepting donations through Easter Sunday (April 20). Please support the drive by:

• Writing a check to Ascension Lutheran Church and putting “World Hunger” on the memo line
• Putting money in the World Hunger envelope at church
• Giving online at www.ascensioncos.org/give. Make sure to choose the “World Hunger” tab.
