We welcome you to SUP, Thursday September 20, 12 pm – 1:30 pm. Our special guest will be Melaina Bjorklund, Clinical Dietitian at Penrose-St. Francis Health Services. She’ll share with us bite-sized tips for staying healthy and answer questions you may also have on the subject of all things food and nutrition.
