Summer Book Club: The Return of the Prodigal Son

The story of the prodigal son is one of the most loved in scripture. We will spend three weeks looking into this story in worship on June 28, July 5, and July 12.
You are invited to go a little deeper by joining us for a discussion on Henri Nouwen’s book “The Return of the Prodigal Son.” This short and insightful book chronicles Nouwen’s experience as the three main characters in the story and draws the reader into those same roles. The three meetings to discuss the book will be at 8pm on June 28, July 5, and July 12. We’ll meet via Zoom: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89779412697
For June 28, we’ll discuss Part 1 of the book (pages 1-58 in my copy). On July 5 we’ll discuss Part 2 (p. 59-88). On July 12 we’ll discuss Part 3 (p. 89-133). Here are some questions we’ll use for discussion.
