What: Story-telling Night @ Ascension

When: Friday January 11, 6:45 pm

Where: Ascension Lutheran Church

Admission: Donation to the Free Pantry Fund

Why: To help stock the Free Pantry fund at Ascension and help people experiencing hunger.

Stories are how we communicate who we are and what we’ve been through in this life. They can tell of humorous happenings, joyous beginnings or tragic endings. They are as eclectically blessed as the storyteller who shares. We will welcome several members to the mic on Friday January 11, 6:45 pm to share their true personal stories. Admission is a donation to the Free Pantry fund. A Thrivent Action Team grant is supporting this event. Wine and snacks will be served. Story-tellers include; Jim Melzer, Lisa Are Wulf, Deacon Mary Stoneback, Kathy Chewakin, and Jeff Courtright. Two guest story tellers will also join in from the Community Bible Study.
