Lent Bag – In It Together…At Home

This Lent we want to connect with one another from home.  So, we’ll be sending home a Lent Bag with a candle, a mix for your own soup supper, a bulletin for our Wednesday night services, and some aids to help with your own Lenten spiritual practices. Our Wednesday evening services will focus on Resilience – a timely topic.  The services will be on Zoom, which allow for connection in small groups.  Those start February 24 at 7pm – https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88109899387
 

Lent begins on Ash Wednesday, February 17.  You can come by the church from noon-1pm or 5-6pm.  Worship will be on our website (https://www.ascensioncos.org/worship/worship-online/) or YouTube channel at 7pm.

The Lent Bag can be picked up on Shrove Tuesday or Ash Wednesday, 2/16 and 17.  If you aren’t able to come by, we’ll bring a bag to you!  Speaking of which …We need volunteers to deliver bags February 18-23!  Want to help?  Contact Pastor Daniel – d.smith@ascensioncos.org
