IHN is here again! April 18-29 (Monday-Friday) It is that time of year for our congregation to make meals for homeless families.
- For those who don’t know, we work with Family Promise and their Family Shelter on Nevada Ave. We supply their homeless families with 2 weeks of (dinner) meals. We provide a main dish, side or dessert. You then drop off the food at church by 5:30 pm the night you signed up and the food divided up and delivered to the shelter.
- Please sign up for a meal or two. You can sign up online at https://tinyurl.com/ihnapr2022, or look for a sign up at church on Sunday. There will also be updates online and in person with the number of families, family members and food allergies.
- Or if cooking is not your strength you can bring in gift cards for restaurant in their area. Here are some of the suggestions, Chick fil A, Smashburger, McDonalds, Burger King, Panera, Dominos, Wendy’s, Taco Bell and Noodles and Co. for the full list contact Ruth.
- If you have any questions you can call church or email Ruth Albrent-Runnells at ruthalbrent@gmail.com. Thank you so much for your continued support of this great ministry.
