Healing Sunday & Your Health

On Sunday November 11, we will have Healing services at both the 8 am and 10:30 am services. All are invited to receive a prayer for healing and be anointed with the mark of the cross on one’s forehead or hand. Whether you suffer mind, body or soul, we hope you are nurtured in the love of Christ through this invite. In addition, we will welcome special guests for the Adult Sunday School hour from 9:15 am – 10:15 am. Members of the Abundant Life Health Team will also provide blood pressure readings in between services. See below for more information.

Adult Sunday School Hour, 9:15 am – 10:15 am (Library)

Barbara and David Mosser are Mental Health First Aid instructors and will talk a bit about what Mental Health First Aid is and briefly address matters of depression, focusing on the holidays, and tools for coping – either for ourselves or friends and family.

Blood Pressure Readings, 9:15 am – 10:15 am (Pastor’s offices)

Judy Leiseth and Sara Petz, members of the Abundant Life Health Team will offer blood pressure readings this morning. Sara Petz and Judy Leiseth will meet with you in either of the pastor’s offices from 9:15 am – 10:15 am.
