Free Pantry at Ascension

Many thanks to Sylvia Holt, Bob Kelly and a Thrivent Action Team grant for Ascension’s Free Pantry that has been built and installed outside of the Children’s Learning Center. The pantry is the same concept as Little Free Libraries. Anyone can donate or take food/toiletry items from the pantry. With freezing temps be mindful of what is put in. Items for Mercy’s Gate can still be brought to the indoor cupboard in the fellowship hall.
The idea came from an article in “Living Lutheran.”
