Ascension at the Mining Museum

As a follow-up to her outstanding presentation on the Western Frontier at SUP earlier this month, Casey Pearse has offered to do a guided tour of the Western Museum of Mining and Industry on Thursday, September 29th from 12 to 2.
They are graciously offering us a reduced rate of $5 per person. The complete tour is about an hour and an half long (handicap accessible). There’s also an optional 30 minute walking-tour of the grounds (not handicap accessible). The museum is located just off the US Air Force Academy’s north gate.
If interested, please RSVP through Mary Stoneback or Jim DeLoughry by September 25th (that’s a Sunday). Those who have indicated an interest by the SUP signup are already included.
