“On this first Sunday of Advent, when our faith calls us to look for Christ in a world that so often would rather see just about anything else, hear this promise from Daniel and from Jesus: This faith will change your life. It will make it harder. This faith may even take your life from you. But, this faith, this God, will also give you true life, even in a world that might kill you for it.”
